Full Service wedding (up to 12 months service) ­

This all inclusive package takes care of every little detail with efficient expertise, so you can enjoy the wedding planning process!

Pre-­Wedding

  • Complimentary, no obligation consultation
  • Up to 12 months prior to wedding start coordination
  • Up to 12 in ­person meetings, which includes a final meeting the week before the wedding
  • Upon commencement unlimited calling and email correspondence
  • Upon commencement become a point person for your venue and all vendors
  • Assist with budget development and management, customized for your wedding
  • Assist with selecting, interviewing, and finalizing all vendors
  • Obtain and review all vendor proposals and contracts prior to hiring
  • Acts as primary contact for vendors and venue to ensure full communication among all parties
  • Assist with rental selection / décor / staging
  • Event site plan / design layout
  • Create and develop wedding day timeline with all vendors
  • Assist with developing a setup checklist for items brought to the venue
  • In­-person final meeting the week before the wedding
  • Confirm all vendors before the event
  • Complete ceremony rehearsal to ensure that everyone involved understands their roles

Day-of-Wedding

  • Complete coordination of wedding day events with one wedding planner and one assistant for up to 12 hours each
  • Check in all vendors upon arrival
  • Full execution of venue décor and setup

Partial service wedding Coordination (Up to 6 months service)

Our halfway-there planning package combines vendor referrals and professional guidance through the remainder of your wedding planning!

Pre­-Wedding

  • Complimentary, no obligation consultation
  • 6 months prior to wedding start coordination
  • Up to 6 in­-person meetings, which includes a final meeting the week before the wedding
  • Upon commencement unlimited calling and email correspondence
  • Upon commencement become a point person for your venue and all vendors. Assist with up to three vendor selections
  • Obtain and review all vendor proposals and contracts prior to hiring
  • Assist with rental selection / décor / staging
  • Event site plan / design layout
  • Create and develop wedding day timeline with all vendors
  • Assist with developing a setup checklist for items brought to the venue
  • Confirm all vendors before the event
